Terms & Conditions:

No Blackouts across all categories. Rate code and room type on package basis. Date base with EGIC Number to be enrolled at all times. All price inclusive of 10 % Municipality Fees & 10 % Service Charge. This card or membership is not transferable benefits may only be redeemed by the registered holder of the loyalty card. Produce your Loyalty Card at all times across your stay or dining. You can apply for EGIC - Loyalty Card in any Ewan Hospitality Sectors. You can earn points only when you pay your bills or settle your charges. You can redeem your points for new stay, f&b use, spa, health club only. Loyalty Card is valid for 1 year only start from the date of your registration in system. You can redeem your points for general use of F&B, Café, SPA, Health Club etc. (10 points for 1 AED will be applicable). There will be charge applicable for every transfer of points/nights to another member. Complimentary stay will be applicable on week days with pre bookings only. I Phone winners will be announced by sending message to the registered mobile. Winner prizes must be claimed within 30 days after getting announced message.
