Loyalty Programs

  • EGIC Loyalty Card is not transferrable and is issued to an individual for their sole use.
  • By using the EGIC Loyalty Card you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the EGIC Loyalty Program.
  • EGIC Loyalty Members must be 19 years of age or older.
  • EGIC Loyalty Card can be used across all Ewan Hospitality properties.
  • No Blackouts across all categories except Gold Membership Card.
  • Mentioned % of discounts will be applicable on all categories for all F&B use.
  • In-house laundry service will be according to hotel standard and express service on demand only.
  • SPA Discount is not available for Easy Card Holders.
  • Check in and Check out time as per hotel standard either in 24 hrs. Or 12 hrs.
  • Guaranteed Room Availability will not applicable on Public Holidays, Festive days, Special days etc.
  • Need to register/ enroll on www.ewanhospitality.com to avail benefits, discounts, redeem points, free nights, prizes or gifts.
  • Availing complimentary Hotel Stay will applicable only for base rooms.
  • Points are accumulated on your enrolled account with ww.ewanhospitality.com at varying levels in each area of the hotel i.e. rooms, food and other sales.
  • Membership card must be presented personally at the time of transaction or purchase or redemption.
  • There is no refund or retrospective credit for all EGIC Loyalty Program Rewards transactions.
  • Availed Points have no cash value but transfer facilities available to partner program.
  • EGIC Loyalty Members will be offered special product deals by Ewan Hospitality by email or messages. These deals from time to time will have bonus points involved.
  • Members are responsible for recommending changes to their preferences and contact details.
  • To replace a lost or stolen card could affect a cost.
  • Membership cards, free nights, and rewards, gifts etc. have no cash value and are nontransferable. Lost, stolen or damaged membership cards will not be replaced. Ewan Hospitality is not responsible for communication errors, including sharing of Loyalty Cards, due to a change of address or other changes in contact information.
  • Ewan Hospitality has reserves the right to terminate an EGIC Loyalty Card if miss-use of the card or operating the card in a mode which is judged as a breach of the Terms and Conditions. 30 days’ notice will be provided to EGIC Loyalty Members, decide to terminate the program at any stage. Members will be notified via email from the date of such notice until the termination of the program. Card Holders may redeem but not accumulate points.
  • A member whose card and account is terminated will forfeit all points in their account.
  • Ewan Hospitality may deduct from the points balance in a members account if any points credited in fault and any points relating to a purchase which is reversed or cancelled.
  • Ewan Hospitality may make changes at any time without prior notice to members to the terms and conditions and the reward schedule.
  • Ewan Hospitality may collect information about members including information contained in the application form via web or hard copy for the data base. The membership data base contains the member information such as name, email, telephone number, date of birth, address, and post code etc.
  • Other Terms and Conditions will apply.

Reservations

  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay afterward shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
  • The rates mentioned are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • Room Rates are inclusive 10 % Municipality fee and 10 % Service Charge.
  • The maximum number of guests per room is either 2 adults + 2 children (below 12 years old), or 3 adults. Additional fees will be charged for each additional adults staying in the room. Please call hotel for more information.
  • If cancelled or modified up to 48 hrs. before of arrival date, will be free of charge. If cancelled or modified later, full amount will be charged of first night.
  • No Show (non-arrival) full amount will be charged of first night.
  • This room rate is not included any meal plan.
  • Payment will be charged upon check in, Confirm booking required method of payment in advance.
  • Free wifi, free parking, Sea view, large bed room, Air conditioning, Satellite channels, and Safety box available.
  • Transport facilities are available on chargeable basis.
  • Ewan Hospitality will contact you directly in order to do the changes if a booking has been completed with incorrect rate, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its own discretion.
  • The Hotel may, at its absolute decision, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the estimation that the reservation information provided is falsified or partial.

Check In

  • Check In time is 12:00 Noon.
  • Early Check In is subject to availability upon request for all categories.
  • A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in time.

Check Out

  • Check Out time is 12:00 Noon.
  • Late Check Out is subject to availability upon request for all categories.

General Information

  • The Hotel shall be permitted to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The Hotel shall not be accountable for any harms, damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The hotel shall not bear any liability for any loss incurred during the tenure of a patron's stay.
  • The hotel holds the privilege to exercises the right to admission without assigning any reasons.

The hotel has a lost & found section which is part of our Housekeeping Department. In line with local regulations, valuable lost and found items will be stored for a period of six months and after that, the items will be discarded and the hotel shall bear no responsibility.
